Showers Bring Flowers-Taking Orders

This floral piece is titled Showers Brings Flowers! This measures 7.75" x 11" when flat.  It was fired twice in the kiln setting all the frit (glass powder), stringers (like a glass spaghetti noodle - which some needed to be shaped over a flame).  Glass for the petals was nipped into small pieces to form the petals, and preformed glass buttons were used for the centres. I then slumped into a wave mold so it is free standing. I'm very happy with the end result!
