This 9 ½ x 4 ½" Spoon Rest would be a wonderful addition to any kitchen. It has a gentle slope and has a nice base for the spoon to rest in to. Created this Sunflower using Orange glass and green vitrograph (which has some adventurine in it which makes it sparkle) for the stalks, blue base. What is unique on the blue base is that the orange glass seems to create a reaction with the blue, creating a brown edging along each petal, where it touches the blue glass. Also used a sprinkling of green/black fine glass (frit) onto the base to give it more color :). Would be a great gift for yourself or someone else!
