"Stringing You Along" Plate

This 12 x 12" plate was so much fun to create! First I created a black base slate, then thought what do I put on it? Stringers! (Stringers are finer than spaghetti noodles but made out of glass.) But not straight ones, I want curved ones! So back into the kiln I went. By the photos you can see I played around before I came up with the final decision. Turned out great! Happy, Happy!! Hope you like it. (It is perfectly black, the glare is from the light while taking the photo.)
